Stradbally Pharmacy supporting Laois Hospice

Claire Duggan, (Proprietor) and Mary Logan, Stradbally Pharmacy presenting Irene Murray, Treasurer of Laois Hospice with a cheque for €650, the proceeds of their annual Coffee Day supporting Laois Hospice. Cycling for Hospice

Many thanks to Gabby Slattery & Robbie Floody who presented a cheque for €3100 to Laois Hospice. Gabby & Robbie recently cycled from Portarlington to Mountshannon, Co. Clare in five and a half hours in aid of Laois Hospice. 23rd Annual Laois Vintage Rally

The 23rd annual Laois Vintage Rally takes place on Saturday 18th August. Over the years, the rally has raised almost €900,000 for Laois Hospice. The Hospice thanks all members and participants past and present for their profound contribution to our work over the past 23 years. We hope Saturday will be an enjoyable day for all involved.

Since its inception in 1989, Laois Hospice Foundation has helped to provide a palliative care service for Cancer patients, whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment. The Hospice also provides support for the families of such patients. This total care involves doctors, nurses, a team of specialists and the clergy, who are all concerned with quality of life.
