'Live Crib' benefits Laois Hospice

After the success of last year's inaugural Live Crib on the Stradbally road in Portlaoise, we're grateful to Helen Kelly for donating proceeds from her 'Live Crib' to Laois Hospice & other local charities.

You can visit the crib for yourself at the entrance to Kelly's Farm, Bloomfield Cross, Portlaoise (please note nearest parking is at St Peter & Paul's cemetery), and donate here on GoFundMe!

A blessing of the crib will take place at 4pm on 3 December, all are welcome.

About Laois Hospice

Since its inception in 1989, Laois Hospice Foundation has helped to provide a palliative care service for Cancer patients, whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment. The Hospice also provides support for the families of such patients. This total care involves doctors, nurses, a team of specialists and the clergy, who are all concerned with quality of life.
