Sunflower Day 2020

OLH_Sunflower_2020_FB-2

Sunflower Day is one of two fundraising events organised by the Committee of Laois Hospice annually. This year, in light of COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision not to proceed with our traditional physical presence in the towns and villages of Laois.

Share the Sunshine
We invite you to show your support for Hospice frontline workers by downloading your Share the Sunshine Pack and displaying a sunflower in your window on 5th & 6th June. Your pack contains simple tips on how to spread a little positivity, we hope you enjoy!

Hospice care continues through this difficult time, and as such we remain grateful for any contribution you may be in a position to make. You can continue to donate to Laois Hospice online via our website, laoishospice.ie/donate.

About Laois Hospice

Since its inception in 1989, Laois Hospice Foundation has helped to provide a palliative care service for Cancer patients, whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment. The Hospice also provides support for the families of such patients. This total care involves doctors, nurses, a team of specialists and the clergy, who are all concerned with quality of life.
