Laois Hospice is a charitable and totally voluntary organisation, which helps support quality care and counselling services for the terminally ill and their families. We rely solely on the generosity of the general public to sustain the level of service which we provide.

Each year, hundreds of people take part in hospice-related fundraising activities. Since our establishment, countless numbers of events have taken place, including vintage rallies, sponsored walks, sponsored sporting events (GAA/Rugby etc.), table quizzes, golf classics, head shaves, and mini-marathons, to mention but a few.

The Hospice also has ‘bottle collections’ in local businesses in Laois, and we thank the businesspeople of the county for their unwavering support.
